Master of Translational Medicine

EUREKA will offer a postgraduate program that is dedicated to the challenges of translational medicine. The curriculum and structure of the Master in Translational Medicine (MTM) will be defined during the inaugural Consensus Conference, the organization of which is a priority of EUREKA and will consist of professionals in key areas of the field: drug regulation, public and private financial institutions, the biomedical industry, and academia. The two-year program will be internationally recognized.

Participants will have a degree in medicine, and/or a doctorate in research or equivalent. Most instruction will be given as internships at various qualified institutions where experts in diverse fields will act as mentors. Intensive courses, coinciding with the Consensus Conferences to be held in Siracusa, will provide the theoretic foundation. EUREKA will strive to obtain scholarships and full support for participants to cover the mentors and the costs incurred by their institutions.

The outcome of the MTM will be a professional able to successfully navigate the translational medicine itinerary and thus advance medical research in key areas of human diseases.
