Berent Prakken, M.D., Ph.D., is Professor of Pediatric Immunology at the University Medical Centre Utrecht, the Netherlands. Dr. Prakken earned his MD from the State University of Groningen, the Netherlands and his PhD from the University of Utrecht, the Netherlands specializing in immunology/immunotherapeutics. He is the recipient of numerous awards. He currently serves as principal investigator of research group on immune regulation of chronic inflammatory diseases.
